  27. VoiceGuide is a telephone call handling system, and allows the user
  28. to quickly implement Interactive-Voice-Response, Fax-On-Demand, 
  29. Alphanumeric Paging and Pay-Over-The-Phone systems using
  30. a voice-capable modem.
  31. VoiceGuide is highly flexible, allowing the users to design their
  32. own custom telephone call handling systems.
  33. A graphical design interface is provided, which makes the design of
  34. new call handling scripts quick and easy.
  35. VoiceGuide is extendabe and programmable, with support for users to
  36. incorporate their own custom functionality or other 3rd party
  37. modules to be used in the IVR scripts.
  38. A number of demostration ready-to-run scripts is included.
  39. VoiceGuide supports fax and data switching, ie. if the modem detects
  40. that the incoming call is a fax or a data call, VoiceGuide can 
  41. recieve the fax or start a modem data connection.
  42. Details of calls (including Caller ID) are stored in an ACCESS database.
